Enjoy a unique self care experience just for women! Join us for a beginner friendly, gentle flow yoga class, close to home and conveniently after "bedtime". Through movement, breath and meditation, we will experience stretching to release physical tension, guided movement for strength and stability, presence practice for reduced anxiety, meditation and rest to prepare for a good nights sleep. This will be accessible for all bodies and experience levels. Bring only your body, a yoga mat and some water. Leave feeling relaxed and empowered to continue your self care journey.
