About the event

Join us for gentle yoga and reiki healing. This workshop is designed to support your body and your mind to slow down. We will harness the energy of the full moon to calm our nervous system and bring clarity to our thoughts, by incorporating gentle movement, somatic breathwork, and energy healing.

Cost is $45 which includes an energy crystal.
