Mamas, it's not just you! The Struggle is REAL!
But I am here to help you begin to navigate the obstacles to prioritizing your wellness as a mother. Whether you have tiny babes (like me! Mother of two under 6 here) or your kids are grown ups, or anywhere in between, there are some key learned and embedded ways that mothers are programmed to put everyone else first. This leaves us completely depleted, exhausted, overwhelmed, and dare I say pissed off!
I know you've already heard the phrases: "Fill your own cup" and "Put Your Oxygen Mask On First". But I am going get real with you: It's easier said than done! That's why I am so passionate about helping moms move past the blocks (both physical and emotional) between them and a self care practice that can realign us with who we're meant to be. We go from overwhelm to fulfillment.

I'm Sam, and I'm a yoga instructor, life coach, and Self Care Mentor for moms. I am also your spiritual guide on this journey inward. Because as much as we often get caught up in the idea that no one is giving us the support, space, and appreciation we so deserve, I am going to remind you here and now - it all starts with you. But that's actually good news! Because it's time to take back control of your life!
Here's your permission slip to give back to yourself, by way of self care for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Fill your cup so full that it overflows love, joy, and compassion onto all who surround you. While we're at it, we will model the example of self love and self worth for our children.
Let's face it - you have been putting your needs, wants and passions and even your truths away on a shelf for years, possibly decades. I am all about helping women to live in alignment with their truest Self. Specifically, by way of coaching, guided meditation, and the physical and spiritual practice of yoga, I support you in going from bitter and exhausted to energized and fulfilled by helping to create your very own self care practice and toolbox.
I can't wait to guide you into the massive shift! I have done it, and I am still doing it! It can be done, and it's worth every bit of discomfort, money and energy it might take to get you there. xoxo
I can only support EIGHT women in this learning experience, so spots are limited. But ideally we will do this again if there is interest.
