ALIGNED HEART YOGA & SELF CARE

Samantha Long is a yoga instructor (RYT 200), Self Care Coach, and founder of Aligned Heart LLC.  Sam continued her education with a Trauma-Informed Yoga for Mental Health certification.  As a self care coach, her goal is to help women live more authentically and fulfilled by using self care as a tool box to release old storylines and self sacrificing behaviors in order to promote alignment with the True Self.  She will be guiding a 30 min meditation and gentle movment session for releasing tension in the body, with a focus on tuning into feminine intuition.

TWISTED WILLOW (WITH MINNIE) Offering Access Bars ($20 for 15 minutes)

Access Bars® - are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life. SerenDRIPity is a female nurse owned IV hydration company. We offer vitamin drips and injections to promote wellness. Our drips are tailored to meet your specific needs including hydration, metabolism, energy levels, muscle recovery, mental clarity, glowing skin/hair/nails and more! At the event, we will be offering our vitamin B complex infusion at the discounted rate of $115 as well as our complete shot bar for $25 injections.
