The Aligned Heart Method
Classes are a slow flow of postures and breath punctuated with stillness and pause and the key intentions are:
Intentionally grounding into your foundation for safety which leads to trust
Connecting to your body's sensations and messages
Listening to your body's needs by making necessary modifications and adjustments
Maintaining conscious, natural breath throughout
Embodying your imperfect PRACTICE and releasing the need for mastery or perfection
Getting weird by shaking or dancing it out as needed!
