30 minutes of breath, meditation, and stress-melting yoga to allow for a great night's sleep as you move into a new week. Be sure to utilize your yoga mat, any props, a blanket if you like, as well as any soothing or relaxing items such as scented lotions, candles, essential oils or incense. All experience levels are welcome and modifications for any pose will be provided.
