Description
What does a Somatic Coaching session entail? Each session CAN include a mix of grounding and somatic movement and breathwork, guided meditation, in addition to thought work and discussion which generally sparks our "geek out" learning moments. This is why I really lean towards 90 min sessions (as opposed to an hour), which allows you time to ground/establish safety, notice what's present, sit with it, learn from it and even begin to formulate ways to integrate what's coming through. Yoga and Access Bars are not included in the Coaching sessions. We do incorporate these modalities with a 4-month private coaching agreement. Samantha Long is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 500), Somatic Coach and the Founder of Aligned Heart Yoga & Self Care. Samantha specializes in trauma informed yoga, nervous system regulation, and somatic movement and breathwork. Her classes have a focus on tuning into the wisdom of the Body, as a path to remember who we really are at our most grounded and most regulated state. As a teacher and coach, Samantha supports overwhelmed and unfulfilled women to reconnect to their true essence, reestablish self trust in order to live a more empowered, authentic, and creative life.
Cancellation Policy
