Spring is upon us! The true start to the year.
Experience transformational somatic breathwork, a powerful resourcing meditation for growth and expansion, followed by a healing sound bath. After this 1 hour experience, spend some time journal, vision boarding, or creatively expressing your own experience of growth, energetically calling that into your new year.
Some props and blankets will be available but feel free to bring a yoga mat, any comforting props or items like blankets, pillows or eye masks. BYO journal or sketchbook or art supplies. Some art supplies and collage materials will be available.
Refreshments will be served.
