About the event

Summer solstice marks the peek of the earth's movement around the sun, where the sun's light shines on the world for the most amount of time.

It is a vibrant time of year where we can begin to reconnect with the light of the world to our inner light. At its core the practice of yoga is to connect to this inner light and let it brightly shine.

Join us for heart opening yoga, Reiki energy healing, and an art project to enhance creativity.

Cost is $45 which includes a take-home creation.
