About the event

All ages welcome!

No yoga experience necessary.

Practicing yoga as a family can help us model self care for our children, while also teaching the importance of mindfulness and connection. The benefits of practicing family yoga include quality time, stress relief, mindfulness, strength, mobility, confidence and lots of smiles!

Together with family, kids will practice fun movements both guided and intuitive, breathing techniques to promote calm and mindfulness, body gratitude, presence and connection and more! All set to some fun, familiar songs!Bring yoga mats and water! Class will be held outside on the back turf! Sunblock recommended.

Group of 4 or more - $40 Individual Fee - $15
