This "Somatics for Stress & Anxiety" workshop is designed to help participants explore the connection between mind and body in order to navigate and reduce anxiety. Attendees will learn techniques to release tension, enhance body awareness, and cultivate a sense of self trust - as anxiety is in most cases related to. Through guided movement, breathwork, you will experience nervous system regulation and stress reduction. You will also have to the opportunity to be coached by Sam so feel free to share your experience of anxiety if you're comfortable. This workshop is suitable for everyone and offers a supportive environment to discover practical tools for managing anxiety in challenging times and in daily life. The very first Aligned Heart Somatic Group Coaching begins in January! This workshop is a sampling of some of the work and content of the upcoming program. FREE 2 BE is a 6 month long program facilitated virtually which include group coaching calls, pre-recorded somatic and nervous system practices, one on one support, and virtual live yoga among other features. The program is for women who want to learn about and heal their nervous system, reconnect to their Body, make some space for pause between reaction and response in order to live more intentionally and less controlled by triggers. From that space we can remember how to express our needs and desires more authentically and creatively craft the life of our dreams. This Embodied Self Care workshop is an opportunity to experience somatic coaching and ask Sam questions to see if this is a good fit for you!
